Who Is Christopher?

Hello! My name is Christopher. I’m a hairstylist, husband and pet dad. I want to start by saying thank you for coming to my webpage and more importantly for reading my blog! It really warms my heart to think that people can care enough in these tough times we’ve been through recently.

My journey into the world of hair really started towards the end of high school. I was a sophomore signing up for my future classes and asked the counselor what “cosmetology” was and why it was 3.0 credit hours? After finding out its the study of hair, skin and nails I remembered my sister had just graduated college and started at a salon. I always enjoyed getting to go with my mother for her haircut with Jodie. So I decided to apply and thankfully got accepted, met my best friend during those two years and started living a dream I could have never imagined!

Some of my favorite services to showcase and get to work on are natural balayage or lived-in colors that can grow out with low maintenance. I love creating a lifestyle color that can work with your routine. Another favorite of mine is cutting a bob, anything that gets the hair just off the shoulders, with the right amount of texture and layering the hair will just move and flow like butter. A primary goal I keep in mind is how will your hair look when I’m not doing it, I want it to look amazing out of the salon but also still superb on all those other days between salon visits!

I strive to give the best experience to all my clients, giving a deep scalp massage during the wash and doing my best to educate on hair care products to maintain your color or styling products to enhance a new style.

When I’m not behind the chair at the salon I’m most likely playing video games on my computer. I grew up playing many different consoles and portable systems but really stuck with the computer for how many different ways you can use it. Also each computer is so customizable when building so you can really adjust system to your lifestyle needs, similarly to how we customize our hair to our lifestyles!

I’m also always on the look out for hair videos to learn new techniques and keep up with the ever changing industry.
