Cancellation Policy

At Manes by Lane, Christopher prioritizes the efficient operation of his chair to provide exceptional service to all clients. To ensure optimal scheduling and accommodate everyone's needs, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service(s). We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions will be considered on an individual basis. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to prepayment requirements for future appointments or potential restrictions on scheduling. Late Policy

At Manes by Lane, we value your time and aim to provide a punctual and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To maintain the efficiency of our salon operations, we have implemented a 15-minute late policy. We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. In the event of a 15-minute or more delay, we may need to adjust or reschedule the appointment to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients.
