Natural Beige Balayage

Although this is technically more of a “foil-i-yage” which is just a term used to further expand upon balayage to differentiate hand-painted open-air applications versus teased and foiled highlights meant to mimic a balayage.

I don’t really get wrapped up in all the semantics, I have my opinions but for the main intent and purpose here we’re going for a balayage look, low maintenance highlights that can be grown out and worn for much longer before looking grown out and needing to be touched up.

This was fairly early into my chair renting and I didn’t have too many toners on hand. I threw together a few shades and this was the end result,
